Authorize to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-27-15, item #68), for coordinated transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities, by increasing the amount by $207,206 from $1,243,000 to $1,450,206.
