Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Southern NH Planning Commission, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-27-15, item #60), for coordinated transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities, by increasing the amount by $124,970 from $298,800 to $423,770. Effective upon G&C approval, or July 1, 2016, whichever is later, through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
