Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a sole source contract amendment with North Country Council Inc., Littleton NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-27-15, item #56), for coordinated transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities, by increasing the amount by $101,121 from $296,609 to $397,730. Effective upon G&C approval, or July 1, 2016, whichever is later, through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
