Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract amendment with Community Action Programs Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-27-15, item #66), for public transportation services in the Concord and Laconia areas, by increasing the amount by $56,400 from $1,373,120 to $1,429,520. Effective upon G&C approval, or July 1, 2016, whichever is later, through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
