Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Contoocook Valley Transportation Company, Peterborough, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-27-15, item #59), for coordinated transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities, by increasing the amount by $52,395 from $52,395 to $104,790. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2016, whichever is later, through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
