Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Amy Tuller, Norwich, VT (originally approved by G&C on 6/2/21, Item #9B), for the continued provision of Registered Dietician Services for residents at Glencliff Home, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $78,200 from $156,400 to $234,600 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
