Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to a contract with Harriman Associates Inc., Auburn, ME (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-15, item #42), for professional mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for planning and design of various projects as necessary and required by the department, by increasing the amount by $250,000 from $250,000 to an amount not to exceed $500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017.
