Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Overcomers Refugees Services, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/12/24, Item #6), for continued critical supports to Office of Refugee Resettlement eligible individuals, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $74,390 from $75,000 to $149,390 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2025 to September 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
