Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to enter into a sole source memorandum of understanding with the NH Department of Employment Security, for the delivery of performance-related items that must be submitted to the US Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration, consistent with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act regulations, in the amount not to exceed $1,725,311.24.
