Authorize to amend an existing memorandum of understanding with New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/12/24, Item #19), to continue to provide training sessions to the Department of Corrections, court system, and law enforcement who are working with individuals with mental illnesses and who are involved in the justice system, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $80,000 from $80,000 to $160,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
