Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with School Administrative Unit (SAU) #54/Rochester School District, for the purpose of purchasing and installing equipment that will enhance the physical security and safety at one school in the district, for a total of $23,506. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
