Description
Authorize to accept and expend additional federal funds from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in the amount of $10,010,000 and further to accept and expend agency income revenues received in the amount of $10,000,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 50% Federal, 50% Agency Income-Drug Rebate Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 20, 2016.
