Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the NH Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities Inc., Concord, NH, to provide education, advocacy, resources and support to parents of young children who have a suspected or confirmed hearing loss, in an amount not to exceed $60,000. Effective July 1, 2016, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
