Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.J. Olszak Construction Inc. d/b/a All-Ways Wrecking, Bridgewater, NH, for the demolition of buildings on two State-owned residential properties, located at 1428 NH Route 12 in Westmoreland and US Route 3 (19 Prospect Street) in Lancaster. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $4,008.75 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 29, 2016. 100% Betterment Funds.
