Authorize to enter into a contract with Elliot Health System, Manchester, NH, in the amount of $5,475,000, of which $3,150,000 is shared amount among all nine Doorways contractors for unmet and flexible needs funding, to operate a Doorway to provide a single point of entry in the Greater Manchester area for individuals seeking access to substance use-related services and supports. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through September 29, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 88.12% Federal Funds, 11.88% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
