Description

Authorize to enter into retroactive amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 20, 2025, to make necessary adjustments to the rate calculations and funding allocations for the behavioral health residential treatment services for children, youth and young adults to meet their behavioral health needs, by exercising contract renewal options by increasing the total price limitation by $36,941,944 from $60,906,933.01 to $97,848,927.01 and by extending the completion dates from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 51% General Funds, 49% Federal Funds, dependent upon eligibility of the client. (2) Further authorize to enter into amendments to existing contracts with the Contracts as detailed in the letter, to continue to provide behavioral health residential treatment services for children, youth and young adults (through age 21) to meet their behavioral health needs, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the total price limitation by $168,994,574 from $297,935,963.17 to $466,930,537.17 and by extending the completion dates from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 51% General Funds, 49% Federal Funds, dependent upon eligibility of the client.
