Description

Authorize to enter into an agreement with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH, to provide a training program for the Community Mental Health Centers which will enable delivery of evidence-based Coordinated Specialty Care services for First Episode Psychosis patients, in an amount not to exceed $90,161. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
