Authorize a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Insurance, to allow the Department of Insurance to provide funding for the Uniform Health Facilities Discharge Data System contract in the amount of $250,000 to use hospital discharge data to prepare an annual report concerning premium rates in the health insurance market and the factors that have contributed to rate increases during prior years. (2)Further authorize to enter into an agreement with the NH Hospital Association, Concord, NH, to provide Uniform Health Facilities Discharge Data System for the collection of health care facilities discharge date, in an amount not to exceed $550,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2020. 45% Federal, 55% Other Funds.
