Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to amend a sole source agreement with HB Software Solutions Inc., Lowell, MA (originally approved by G&C on 5-15-13, item #96), to complete the regional implementation of a statewide Transportation Coordination System and extend the software maintenance; to amend other certain aspects of the agreement, and to change the completion date from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2019. No Additional Funding.
