Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Corrections, to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Kalos Inc., Topeka, KS (originally approved by G&C on 11-15-06, item #10A), for ongoing support and maintenance services for the Pharmacy Software System, by increasing the amount by $37,189.98 from $160,446 not to exceed $197,635.98, and by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2018. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) funds: the Agency Class 027 used by the Department of Corrections to reimburse DoIT for this maintenance service is 100% General Funds.
