Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Triple Construction, LLC, Merrimack, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,348,561, for Project Replace Underground Storage Tanks. (2) Further authorize a payment in the amount of $40,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Other Funds (DSH)
