Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a Design Agreement with Smith, Alvarez, Sienkiewycz Architects, Burlington, VT, for a total price not to exceed $2,099,915, for Community Services Center, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated site expenses, bringing the total to $2,149,915. (3) Further authorize a payment of $37,234 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $2,187,149. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion administration services, estimated to be April 1, 2029, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds
