Authorize the Bureau of Accountability and Assessment to enter into a sole source contract with the WIDA Consortium at the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Wisconsin Center for Education Research, for use of the ACCESS for Ells® English language proficiency test for all English language learners, in an amount not to exceed $132,500. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016, with the option to renew for up to two additional fiscal years. 100% Federal Funds.
