Authorize the Division of State Police to amend item #68A, originally approved by G&C on October 7, 2015, by reallocating federal funds from the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Program, National Institute of Justice for the purpose of reducing the backlog of cases within the State Police Lab. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Agency Income.
