Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract amendment with M.E. Latulippe Construction Inc., Ashland, NH, to establish a contingency for the Glencliff Hydro Dam Repair Project, Benton, NH, for a total price not to exceed $150,000. (2)Further authorize the amount of $1,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $151,000. Effective upon G&C approval through August 10, 2016. 100% General – Operating Funds.
