Authorize to enter into a retroactive memorandum of agreement with the Department of Safety, for the continued use and occupation by the DOS Bureau of Emergency Communications for use of space in the state-owned Dwinell Building located on the Lakes Region Facility campus, Laconia, NH, in the amount not to exceed $62,256.30. Effective September 15, 2014 through September 14, 2029. 100% Agency Income.
