Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Alvin J. Coleman & Son Inc., Conway, NH, for reconstructing and paving a ½ mile of gravel roadway on Intervale Road, beginning at Old Still Rd and proceeding east to just west of Battis Crossing Road, on the basis of a low bid of $398,497. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $39,849.70 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 26, 2016. 100% Betterment Funds.
