Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Alvin J. Coleman & Son Inc., Conway, NH, for the construction of a right turn lane on NH 104 approaching Meredith Center Road and a widened bypass shoulder on NH 104 opposite Chase Road, on the basis of a low bid of $886,786. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $62,075.02 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 16, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
