Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, to exercise a contract amendment with Computer Associates Inc., Islandia, NY (originally approved by G&C on 6-4-08, item #4), to upgrade the speed of the mainframe software which will run an updated mainframe serving DHHS, by increasing the amount by $31,395 from $5,254,312 to $5,285,707. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 60% General, 40% Federal Funds.
