Authorize to enter into a contract agreement with Securitas Security Services USA Inc., Manchester, NH, for providing armed security services at the Pease Air National Guard Base in Newington, NH, in the amount of $1,977,400. (2)Further authorize a general contingency in the amount of $39,948, bringing the total to $2,037,348. Effective May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
