Authorize to award grant funds in the amount of $300,000 to Froling LLC, to install a dry wood chip fired biomass and a continuous feed wood chip drying facility located at its site in Peterborough, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Renewable Energy Fund, a non-lapsing special fund continually appropriated to the Commission.
