Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the National Center for Competency Based Learning, Durham, NH, to administer the workplace competency compounds of the E3 Teen Fathering Program, in an amount not to exceed $220,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. 100% Federal Funds.
