Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Charters Brothers Construction, Danville, NH, for the Bureau of Traffic Building A, Boiler Replacement, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $249,400. Effective upon G&C approval through August 15, 2016. 84% Highway, 16% General Funds. (2)Further authorize the amount of $5,027 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $254,427. 100% Highway Funds.
