Authorize, with the Office of Governor Margaret Wood Hassan, to enter into a memorandum of understanding to fund the work of the Governor’s Advisor on Addiction and Behavioral Health to work with stakeholders to formulate and coordinate policies and services to effectively address mental health and substance use disorders within the state of NH in an amount not to exceed $184,375. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend an amount up to $91,375 from the Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services, Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery to fund the work of the Governor’s Advisor on Addiction and Behavioral Health. Effective July 1, 2016 through February 28, 2017.
