Authorize to amend the sole source contract with Southern NH Services Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-22-15, item #51), for the repair or replacement of malfunctioning heating systems in low income households receiving weatherization services, by increasing the amount by $122,500 from $192,453 to $314,953.
