Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a sole source contract amendment with the Student Conservation Association Inc., Charlestown, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4-22-15, item #53), to provide interpretive services at various parks, by increasing the amount by $17,925 from $171,500 to $189,425.
