Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the NH Department of Safety for the purpose of providing Operation Stonegarden Detail Patrols. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend $12,987 from the Department of Safety to offset the personnel expenditures plus the purchase of one ATV for providing Operation Stonegarden Detail Patrols in accordance with the terms of the MOA. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2018. 100% Other Funds.
