Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, Northeast Wildlife Disease Cooperative, to coordinate and administer development of a blood serum based ELISA test for Paralaphostrongylus tenuis (brainworm) infection in moose and deer at a cost of $9,216.
