Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for DR-4209 January Snowstorm in the amount of $756,812 for the implementation of cost effective mitigation projects. (2)Further authorize to establish one temporary part-time Program Assistant II position to assist in completing the scope of the Hazard Mitigation Grant for DR-4209 January Snowstorm. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
