Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an agreement with Colby Construction Company LLC, Portland, ME, for Architectural Engineering Services for the 3rd Floor Addition to the LEDU at the Veterans Home, Tilton, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,097,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $30,000 for owner requested changes during construction for the LEDU, bringing the total to $1,127,000. (3)Further authorize the amount of $28,102 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,155,102. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 35% Capital, 65% Federal Funds.
