TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Van Ostern voted to table the request for a new chapter of the Department of Administrative Services Manual of Procedures (“DAS MOP”), DAS MOP 161 – Memorandum of Understanding (“DAS MOP 161”), effective upon G&C approval.
