TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Kenney, seconded by Councilor Wheeler, voted to table the request to grant an additional ten (10) year option to extend the term of the Lease and Operating Agreement (Lease) with CLP Mount Sunapee LLC, Orlando, FL, (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-98, item #50), and to further amend the terms of the Lease and Operating Agreement to accept land and to provide for the expansion of the Mount Sunapee State Park. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028.
