Authorize Policy and Performance, to enter into agreements with 10 vendors as detailed in letter dated February 22, 2016, to provide reimbursement for payment of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program, in an amount not to exceed $317,014, for Richard Crandall, MLADC, Carrie Klonel, DO, and Elizabeth Sweeney, DO. Effective April 1, 2016, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through March 31, 2018. 100% Other Funds (NH Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriters Association).
