Description
Authorize to amend a memorandum of understanding with the NH State Liquor Commission, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-15, item #24), that provides surveillance and related activities, for youth access to and use of tobacco products, by increasing the price by $10,000 from $100,000 to an amount not to exceed $110,000. Effective upon G&C approval through the original end date of June 30, 2017. 100% Other, Drug Forfeiture Funds.
