Description

Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a loan agreement with the Mount Washington Railway, Mount Washington, NH, for the construction of a diesel locomotive, passenger coach and Summit Transfer Station facility improvements in an amount not to exceed $1,800,000. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2036. 100% General Funds-Capital.
