Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Nicom Coatings Corp, Barre, VT, for full width crackseal treatment of I-89 and ramps in Hopkinton and New London, on the basis of a low bid of $160,405. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $12,832.40 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 29, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
