Authorize to enter into a finance agreement for a five year payment plan with Software House International, Somerset, NJ, to provide Enterprise Licenses for the VMware Virtual Server Environment, and finance the purchase of these licenses, along with services for software maintenance and support, in the amount not to exceed $1,298,285.41.
