Authorize to grant an additional ten (10) year option to extend the term of the Lease and Operating Agreement (Lease) with CLP Mount Sunapee LLC, Orlando, FL, (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-98, item #50), and to further amend the terms of the Lease and Operating Agreement to accept land and to provide for the expansion of the Mount Sunapee State Park. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028.
