Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Mark Damian Duda & Associates Inc., Harrisonburg, VA, for the purpose of implementing a NH Resident Angler Opinion and Attitude Survey as part of comprehensive planning in order to quantify resident opinions, concerns and desires regarding freshwater gamefish species and their management in NH, in an amount not to exceed $18,500.
