Authorize to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the NH Liquor Commission for the purpose of supporting two part-time human resources employees to provide services to audit and approve human resources transactions originating from the Liquor Commission and to perform job analysis duties related to Liquor Commission positions, in the amount of $128,220. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018.
